-Ensure that the same shade and same batch is used in one area.
-Product needs to be checked prior to installation.
-No claims will be entertained after installation.
-PVC Ceilings cannot be exposed to direct sunlight as there are no UV stabilizers in this product.
-Make sure your brandering is 500mm maximum apart.
-Line brandering up, level or horizontal.
-PVC Ceiling Panels can be installed onto 38mm x 38mm wooden brandering with a screw. Steel brandering can also be used. Drill a 3.5mm hole into the brandering – then screw a 4.5mm x 15mm screw into it.
-Screw your PVC Ceiling Panels onto the brandering, panels must lay in the same direction as the main trusses.
-Make sure the screw head fastens properly and flush with the groove of the PVC Ceiling Panels.
-Clip the second panel with the tongue onto the groove of the first panel.
-Knock panel at side to secure close fitment.
-Do not carry on until the panel is fitted correctly.
-When at the end of the room, cut the panel in the length with a carpet knife to fit the last piece.
-Close the corners with cornice.
-Dust ceiling with a cloth after fitment is done.
